License Management
Licenses can only be assigned or revoked on a paid plan. To manage licenses, a user with the appropriate access permissions must follow the steps outlined below:
Assigning Licenses
To assign a license, navigate to Settings > User page and select the user profile to which you wish to assign a license.
Go to the Licence & Plans tab within the user’s profile and click the green 'Assign Licence' button. A notice will appear prompting confirmation and displaying the number of spare licenses available in your organization. Confirm the assignment.
The user assigned a license will receive a welcome email from oboloo with login instructions.
Revoking Licenses
To revoke a license, navigate to Settings > User page and select the user profile from which you wish to revoke a license. Go to the Licence & Plans tab within the user’s profile and click the red 'Revoke Licence' button. A notice will appear prompting confirmation. Confirm the revocation.
The user whose license is revoked will receive an email stating that their license has been revoked.
Please ensure that only authorized personnel handle the assignment and revocation of licenses to maintain proper access control within your organization.
